Another group talk about Cambridge ESOL exams
Cambridge exams
We do Cambridge exams. When we pass, Cambridge University gives us our certificate.
- Teacher gives us exam vocabulary and we revise that for the exams.
- We practice before the exams in Pola´s classes. Pola gives us tests that are similar to the official exam.
- When we do the exams Pola doesn´t correct the exams. These exams go to Cambridge University.
- When three months more or less pass we get a certificate.
- The results come represented in numbers, and the certificates are sent to us by post.
- In KET there are three parts:
Writing and reading:One hour and ten minutes, mark 50% of the total Listening: Thirty minutes, including eight minutes´transfer time, mark 25% of the total.
Speaking:Eight-ten minutes per pair of candidates, mark 25% of the total.
